I don't think I need to pay the high price for a Fitbit ready scale. What options are people using?

I love my Aria wifi scale—I just step on it every morning, and it sends my weight to Fitbit, MFP, Trendweight & (via an IF recipe) to UP.

But it's not required—you can use any scale you want.

The $129.99 price seems very high to me. I am looking at this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NU6H3PQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A37RGE1MLU3I6K which is easier on the pocket book!

I love my aria too! I love how it syncs with everything I use. But I am sure any wifi scale would work....I would just research it and make sure the scale works with mfp that will make your life easier. IMO if it doesn't sync with an app it is more work and you could just use a regular scale.

Start your search on the MFP apps that it syncs with - there are a few other options.
With Fitbit owning Aria now, I doubt they'll support other scales.
But - you update MFP, Fitbit gets updated too - so that problem is solved.

Anything with BF% and wireless sync is going to be pricy though.

Considering there are only a few days a week for a truly valid weigh-in, if you exercise 4-5 days weekly - do you really need something that syncs on each weigh-in?
