I have been trying to learn more about olive oils as there are so many to choose from. Due to the popularity of olive oil, some brands mix it with cheaper, less healthy oils such as canola. It is so heavy it is shipped from Europe via container ship and may actually be 6 months oil when you get it and may have lost it's health benefits. You need to know the date of harvest. There is so much more to learn so as to know which one to choose. So far, I definitely know to choose one in. A glass bottle as plastic will leach into the oil.

I had a stroke last September from HRT. Blood clot to the brain. Don't take something just because your Dr's tell you to without being informed. I was in my best shape ever prior to the stroke. It was medically induced and they like to push pharma!

Great challenge, Auna! My top priority health-wise is to get more sleep. Here are 9 benefits from getting more sleep:

    1. Better health. Study after study has found a link between insufficient sleep and some serious health problems, such as heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes, and obesity.
    2. Better sex life.
    3. Less pain.
    4. Lower risk of injury.
    5. Better mood.
    6. Better weight control.
    7. Clearer thinking.
    8. Better memory.
    9. Stronger immunity.

Very good idea. I've been dealing with a lot of stress lately.

Here are some ways to reduce stress
    1. Meditate. -Why do I find this so hard to do?
    2. Breathe deeply.
    3. Spend time in the moment.
    4. Reach out to others (face-to-face is best).
    5. Laugh out loud - One of my favorites!
    6. Crank up the music - Another favorite!
