Alright that is enough learning for now! But I still hope you all learn something new each day. But we need to get more movement in our day!

Today’s Challenge: Sneak in more movement throughout the day

I know that Movin May ended just a few days ago but new habits don’t stick until at least 5 weeks! At least that is the creed my Mother goes by!

    Got my morning walk in after an hour or so in the office: 5 figure 8's of our floor. 9 minutes of walking. Hope to do that at least 2 more times today.

    perfect took the stairs up 6 flights instead of the elevator, when I arrived at work today..... plus went for a walk at lunch!

    I am using a pedometer to track my daily steps and I reached 11,010 today. I'm definitely more active since I started this challenge.
