If you like spicy food you will like this. I don't know if it is less spicy then the old one or just better with the added veg. I love the flavor. The chicken was nice and moist and the veg was a great addition. Fiber was up and carbs were down. I nuked it at a lower setting for 5 minutes, stirred, covered and nuked 1 more minute. Be sure and let it rest for at least 1 minute. I let it rest while I ate my side salad.

Hi
I may scale back on this one in my upcoming order from 2 to 1 so I can increase something I know I like. The old version was inedible being way to spicy hot for me. I will still try it however.
Cheers

I ordered one and have it now. I like, so far, the frozen entrees because I'm finding I don't have to add anything to them to improve them. And, I like to cook in the oven.
If this one is too spicy, I'll probably not reorder. But, willing to give it a go ...0 -
I tried it tonight. I didn't care for it and I know it's the ginger. I'm not fond of that spice, but at least I did try it. It also was very spicy.0

Yes, it is spicy! I love spicy dishes so I'm not a good critic on spicy hot stuff. Sriracha is not at all spicy to me, so I try to temper my reviews with that in mind.0

It is spicy, but it had a good flavor.0

I'm still liking this but have changed my cooking method and getting much better results. I use a lower nuke setting and add time. I cook 5 minutes on setting 6 on a 1-10 setting range. That's probably about 700-800 W on my micro. Then I remove the cover, add 2 T. liquid, cover and nuke on 6 for 2 minutes. The liquid I use is Walden Farms Asian Dressing, but you could use water, broth, milk or anything else you like. The trick is to cook low and slow to allow the rice to cook but the chicken to stay moist. Stirring frequently helps the chicken too.0

Hi All
I was sort of afraid of this one as I had not liked the old one
I took one tiny bite and My Mouth was burning for minutes from the heat. My Brother got this one to eat
I Ended up heating a second dinner, the Chilli with Beans. That is a nice mild taste and I know I like it.
So if You like a lot of heat in Your food enjoy, If You are like me and Find the Southwest Fiesta Melt Lunch is Your Limit then You may want to be cautious with this one.
Have a Nice Day

Im kinda late, but i just tried this for the first time. I was not spicy at all to me. I enjoyed it enough that I will order it again. I am anti microwaving for cooking as much as possible so I cooked mine at home in the oven for about 5 minutes less than the suggested time. I heated it up at work. I added chicken to it.0
