Is my TDEE reasonable?

Hi all. I've been using my fitbit flex for about two weeks now (used it before, but only recently got back to using it), and everything is great...except the TDEE it calculates for me seems ridiculous. I know I should give it some time before I start adjusting calories down if need be, but I thought I'd just get some insight from you guys if these numbers are just too wrong. Stats on me: 22, female, 5'3", 140 lbs looking to lose ~10-20. I have a desk job, but usually I'll try to fit in more walks on a rest day so I can get up to 10k steps. My workouts/steps/calories burned for the past week are as follows:
Wednesday: 5k jog + 40 min elliptical + 40 min weights; 19543 steps; 2620 cals burned
Thursday: An hour walk/jog; 12488 steps; 2184 cals
Friday: Same as Wed; 20491 steps; 2677 cals
Saturday: 9 mi jog/walk; 25665 steps; 2927 cals
Sunday: Same as Wed: 21515 steps; 2727 cals
Monday: 70 min elliptical; 15255 steps; 2386 cals
Today: no workout; 4090 steps; projected is 1813 cals
Are these numbers as ridiculous as I think they are, or am I just concerned over nothing? I've only been at this for a few weeks, so not enough time to tell if the weight loss is as much as promised, but I don't want to be eating a crazy amount too much.

Compared to you, I'm a lot older (so, lower BMR, lower calories burned from activity) a little shorter, and a lot heavier (so, I think, more calories burned from activity), but those numbers aren't too far off from mine. (I have a Charge HR.)
Sunday: 1 hour Zumba; 13578 steps; 2444 cals
Monday: 4 mile walk (with a 366' elevation gain); 19072 steps; 2786 cals
So, no, I don't think your numbers are ridiculous. Trust your Fitbit for a while and see how it goes.0 -
Seems about right.0

I was shocked how many calories Fitbit said I could eat. But I lost the weight & have maintained for a year.
Trust your Fitbit for several weeks, then reevaluate your progress. But you must enable negative calorie adjustments in your diary settings.0 -
Okay, thanks guys! I'll continue to trust it thanks!0

If you really want a good perspective on calorie levels outside the 1200 calorie diets you see spouted everywhere - try logging what you used to eat in a typical day - then see if those calorie levels seem high.0
