I'm staying away from the scale for another week. Just to get my head and heart on the same page! Hope you all have had a great week. No matter the loss or gain..don't give up!

    Well I did good! I lost all the water weight early on last week. Then I lost another 2 pounds for last week. 13 down 7 more to go for this challenge!

    I lost this 0.8lb this morning! I am officially half way through my (first) journey! When i get to goal ill reassess if i need to lose any more!

    Feel like I'm wasting everyone's time on this group - although I'm not losing or gaining by much I'm just moving up and down a pound or two every week and I really want to lose this last stone.

    Reached my goal of 129 lbs.

    Have lost 7.2 lbs for this challenge and hope I can be successful on maintenance to hold it there for the official weigh in on July 4.

    My goal is to continue to eat my 1,260 cals each week day and add 100 or 200 extra cals each weekend day. We'll see how that goes.

    Wish me luck.

    PS - have lost 33 lbs total. 14 lost before joining MFP.
