Okay so my goal for this discussion is to provide my friends with low calorie foods, an awesome program I found and some helpful things in general. Please join me in sharing these types of things to help everyone and feel free to throw in some feedback!!!

This link is for a free box of "NightFood". The box is free BUT you have to pay $4.95 for shipping. Do a little research on it. It sounds pretty awesome.

This link is a list of foods that are so low in calories that your body naturally burns more calories digesting them than they actually have, therefore, they are 0 calorie foods in the long run. Here is the list if you dont have time to look at the link: Mushrooms, cucumbers, citrus fruit, celery, apples, kelp, asparagus, watermelon, kelp, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, strawberries, leafy greens, red chili peppers. red bell pepper, summer squash, turnip, green tea and OF COURSE water.

This link is a weight training site that I believe is REALLY important. Not only does it give you a schedule to follow, but it also helps you better understand your nutrition. You can type in your information (weight, height, age and optional BMI) for 5 different ways to help improve your diet plan and calculate how many carbs you should be eating.

My friend is sending me some of her weight watchers recipes so i'm going to post those when I get them, she said she will send me the ones that she fed to her guests and they had no idea they were low calories, sounds like recipes I want, lol.
