    Only 0.2lb remaining for the challenge goal (of 20lb, 2.2lb for my challenge goal of 22lb).

    Over the past week I have hit my UG half way point, and also gone from Size L / XL to M.
    So a great week for me.

    Hope everyone else is doing well and good luck for the last few weeks until the end of the challenge.

    143.6 this morning! Hit my mini goal of 145 for this week! I'm SO excited!

    I was virtually at a standstill AGAIN for nearly the whole week, then the scale FINALLY moved. That stuff gets annoying! Lol.

    Will someone add it to the spreadsheet for me, please?
