Hey there I'm a mom of a gorgeous 2 yr old boy.. Light of my life but unfortunately I have my last 15 -20 lbs to lose. Looking to lose atheist some by August..gym all day isn't an option since I'm baby's main carer. Would love any tips or help on how to drop this weight..started a 1200 calorie diet hoping a really clean diet will do the majority of work..still plan to exercise such as walks with the little one and home workouts. Goal weight is 125 I'm 5 1" and current weight is 142 .. Again any tips on diet or 1200 calorie success stories ordeals appreciated. Just looking tone healthy and fit.

I'm right with you. I have no exercise equipment and I have a 9 month old baby. I take walks and home exercises on youtube. I am so on a 1200 calorie diet. I weigh 215, trying to get down to 140. I have no advise but would love the support.0

I'm also just had my 3rd c-section on the 5 of June so I'm trying to stay at 1200 calories. I weigh 159, and lost 16lbs of water weight since I left hospital by just drinking nothing but water and not over eating. Goal weight is 126 I'm 5'2. I also have a 3year old 1 and a half year old and newborn. Waiting my six weeks to start doing light exercise. Would also love support.0

Hey ladies! I can relate to all of you! I'm a mama of two little boys and struggled losing the baby weight for the longest time! I also had two c-sections which makes it hard to lose that belly! I decided late January that I had to make a big change in order to get my life back! I became a Beachbody coach and it has completely changed my life for the better! I love working out now and taking care of my body! I was definitely not like that before! I mean I used to eat a whole roll of oreos in a day! I still have a ways to go in my journey, but I would love to help motivate any of you and keep each other accountable! My team is growing and we have big plans for the future! Let me know if you're interested and I can share the details! I can't wait to help you change your life!!! -Natalie0

Ntgale22 congrats! A child is a beautiful blessing. I also had a c section after complications in labour. I have overhauled my diet eating fresh and organic and drinking just water. Nothing fried or fast food and had a run around the park with my little one yesterday. Trying to take walks like 3 times a week as exercise. Loads of veggies and lean meats. Well that's my plan..lets hope it works lol. What about u? U just had your baby so I'm sure you're gonna get there!0
