How is everyone tackling their 20?

I'm tracking what I eat and making a commitment to exercise daily. I have the summer off (middle school teacher) so I'm trying to set those habits now. Right now, my tracking is just that. I'm just trying to be aware of what I eat and my calories so I get into better habits of making good choices and eating smaller portions. As for exercise--anything counts! If I take my daughter to the zoo, you bet I'm going to turn on my runkeeper and track it when we're walking! There are some hills there! If I don't get a walk in with my daughter, I'll do a video during her nap time. In addition I'm going to try and walk each evening when my husband gets home.
too much detail? Maybe it'll hold me accountable.
What are others' plans? Any other mothers of toddlers struggling to fit it all in?0
