Today is a new day of food choices and only I am responsible for my actions regarding those choices.

June 20 - Gonna go ahead and say green as I still have slightly more than 2,000 calories to use at dinner and I know I'm not going to eat that much. Coaching a day's worth of baseball tournament games really gives a lot of cushion on calories. Hoping for a similar set of games tomorrow too.

@bbinoa It's totally weird! I didn't expect it to impact on me so much but every day I find myself looking at my diary and thinking, "Hmm, gotta keep it green..." because I'll be reporting back later. So, it works!0 -
6/17 - green - rumba class, not my favorite, but it was exercise
6/18 - red - just had a hungry sort of day. At maintenance, this isn't the end of the world.
6/19 - green - no exercise, and an allergic reaction to I don't know what.

What a loooooong day! Started w a great workout at the gym, but then spent hours doing tons of yard work, and cleaning. Whew! Earned my nice dinner out to celebrate father's day w my hubby

Red day, but it was one I knew would be coming. Family dinners are tough but I steered clear of the appetizers, watched my portion sizes with dinner. My splurge came with dessert. My father in law makes amazing desserts. I asked for a smaller portion though and really enjoyed it.
I didn't have time to exercise today but will get a good workout in tomorrow and get back on track!

Yesterday was green! Having a cold helped out a lot because I did not want to eat!

Today is our grandson's birthday party with ice cream cake. I really want to say no to any of it as I am so very very close to being in a new decade for my weight. I really want to see that number tomorrow!

Monday was a stressful one. I notice more and more that I have chosen to reach for food when I am stressed.
(This is what is tripping me up----that and my love of ice cream.)

I did some strength training today. It should have been a run day, but the weather didn't cooperate.
@R_Queenie I was on a moving bike. It was a great day for a ride. Hopefully, you'll be able to manage that stress w/out food. Whenever I stress (Thankfully, not often.), I start cleaning. I love ice cream too by the way. I pretty much have substituted it for frozen yogurt, which I love equally as much at times. I generally only have ice cream now if it's homemade. Unless of course, you count ice cream bars. Magnum has a delicious ice cream bar that I'm currently hooked on.0 -
Good morning!
Wheat harvest has started which means very late dinners for DH. Last night was after 10:00 before he came in. I try to save 1 item from my dinner so he doesn't have to eat alone. IF I plan ahead it is not an issue.
I have appointments everyday this week so I am about to walk out the door.
Yesterday was a good eating day even though I ate two meals out.

Today was one of those days where I wasn't hungry in the morning...and then when I WAS hungry---the chaos of the day wouldn't allow for eating. It was about 2:30 before I got a bite in me. Then I pretty much wanted to gorge. I did hold back and try to remind myself that hunger isn't panic. The excessive green should balance out the other days overage. (Fitbit still says I am green for the month)0 -
