I couldn't find it either. I haven't ligged any of my workouts because of it.

I wear a heart rate monitor to calculate my burn.

I create my own and use the numbers from my hrm. Before I got the hrm, I created my own and googled what they were worth.

I saw everyone else's numbers and felt 100 cal. Would be a good bet...aiming low instead of too high. ...some only log 1 cal. But I'm not that disciplined. :)

I added the exercises manually under My Exercise tab and use a HRM to calculate my burn. I used to enter 1 cal burned but then I figured if I was under 1200 cals for the day I was slowing my metabolism in the long run I and eat back to my 1500 cals (my deficit) per day! So I am burning but still eating at a deficit of my BMR. Hope that helps.
