Weigh In = 10.25 pounds lost, Whee! One more day of reporting here.
Then onto the new challenge for Tuesdays report

    Hi All
    Happy Fathers Day!
Welcome to Summer in a few minutes :)

I went walking this morning, I had planned for a off day from walking. However the much forecast heavy rains and Thunderstorms never really arrived overnight. Everything was wet but that was it. Out the door at 7:05, 72 degrees and humid. I know it was humid, everything was wet when I left and a 1 1/2 later everything was still wet. I ended up pretty wet from sweating too :)
Another Rerun of Yesterday @ 2.75 miles. A little slower so I know I need an off day to recuperate :) Well to be honest it could be I need the day off to recover or it could have been the humidity slowing me down :) I ended up sitting for couple of minutes to cool off on the walk too, but then I usually do that anyway.

    Cheers

I think our weather pattern moved your way, Roger. Here's hoping it stays safe for you.

And, thanks. I might see a 30 pound loss with my weigh-in tomorrow, but remains to be seen. If not, I'll just keep on keeping on. No rush, no disappoint, just doing what I have to do.

I do hope your weekend is wonderful.

    Hi Flo
What a great attitude, it took e a couple of months to arrive at that outlook. :)
    Good Luck

I will do my final W/I today instead of tomorrow, but still plan to keep a Monday W/I for the next Challenge. I don’t anticipate any big drop and want to end today and start new tomorrow. Love the positive attitudes and plan to get started toward a new me by hitting the ground running. Okay, so maybe it will just be more walking.
Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there!

    Have a great day!

    Hi All
    Happy Monday

I looked at the temperatures and decided that today and maybe tomorrow will be the off day I skipped having Yesterday, so no walking today.

    Hi Cindy
There must be something going on for that to happen. With Windows 8 for example it has both destructive and non destructive to Your Data resets. I interpret that to mean that it can leave Your data files intact with the non destructive reset, but You would need to install whatever programs You installed.

    From Here : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc
How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC
Applies to Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1

If you're having problems with your PC, you can try to refresh, reset, or restore it. Refreshing your PC reinstalls Windows and keeps your personal files and settings. It also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Windows Store. Resetting your PC reinstalls Windows but deletes your files, settings, and apps—except for the apps that came with your PC. Restoring your PC is a way to undo recent system changes you've made.

If you want to restart your PC, see Shut down (turn off), sleep, or hibernate your PC. If you're having trouble starting (booting) your PC, see Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode). You can refresh, reset, or restore your PC from the Windows Recovery Environment.

If you want to back up and restore your personal files using File History, see Set up a drive for File History.

So it depends on what is happening.
    Good Luck
