One of the things I hate to eat are artificial sweeteners. A lot of them are primarily chemicals and others just taste terrible. I know they are supposed to help with having less sugar but I just don’t see how good they are. I would rather just put in less the regular sugar than a lot of the artificial. But anyway...

Today’s Challenge: No artificial sweeteners

Sorry if you like artificial sweeteners but this is just my opinion on the matter.

    I'll try some tea and try to be satisfied with the natural sugar from the milk that I will add

    I don't have any sugar with me. If I have tea, I'll have to use Stevia (which I don't find as sweet as sugar--but I am apparently a supertaster).

    Great idea! I avoid artificial sweetener since I kicked my Diet Coke habit (six-pack a day). I do chew sugarless gum. Hmmm, I'll have to think about how to eliminate that.
