Hello, everyone! Eating healthy is hard. I’m gonna be blunt, it is. Eating enough vegetables is one of the hardest things for me to do. I used to hardly eat any and I have graduated by adding a lot more throughout the years. It is still a challenge for me though.
Today’s Challenge: Eat 5 servings of veggies!

Eh, I don't think so. Didn't for breakfast. I have a shake for lunch. No veggies in my snacks here at work. That leaves dinner. That would mean 5 side dishes and the calories would rack up fast. So I'm out.0

Yes, I got in five veggies! Tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, cabbage, and several kinds of lettuce. And onions, of course, always onions.0
