last day of vacation, heading home tomorrow. Looking forward to getting back in my regular routine. Also curious to see what's going on scale-wise. I ate back my exercise calories daily, which I don't always do. Will be an interesting experiment!! I was 2 lbs away from a number on the scale I haven't seen in yeeeeeeaaaarrrrrs pre-vacation.0 -

17/25 --I have done the math and I will not hit goal. That's okay. I'm still green for the month and that is much more important to the scale. I am really tuning in to what happens when I derail - relationships with food are so tricky!

Finally was back on plan yesterday! We even ate out and I stayed right there on plan and had a wonderful dinner!
I am thankful this month is about to end so I can start fresh on Wednesday. I certainly have not met my goal this month. 27/30
