The $100 gift cards which are normally $79.99 at Costco are on sale for $59.99 til the 19th of July at costco.com
I have been using them since my second order to make the plan more affordable. I just used my stash of deep discount cards up on my last order and have more cards on the way. It just goes against my principles to pay retail. I think you can order without a Costco card for a $4. service charge per card, but it is still a nice savings.
