    I have been eating much better and staying on plan.

    green = 19 red = 9

    Is this group going to continue into July? I certainly hope so as it has been a great help.

    I underestimated bc I had a vacation planned, but this definitely kept me on track for that week. I didn't gain anything! Will probably go for a more challenging goal next month.

    Didn't make my green goal, but learned some things this month. I still hit my weight loss goal, but that's because I was eating way less to compensate after red days. This month I want to keep it more even keel, less swings. There are definitely some great examples to follow in this group!
