Happy Sunday to each of you!!
Finally was back on plan yesterday! We even ate out and I stayed right there on plan and had a wonderful dinner!
I am thankful this month is about to end so I can start fresh on Wednesday. I certainly have not met my goal this month. 27/30

I have been eating much better and staying on plan.

Didn't make my green goal, but learned some things this month. I still hit my weight loss goal, but that's because I was eating way less to compensate after red days. This month I want to keep it more even keel, less swings. There are definitely some great examples to follow in this group!0 -
