Hello, Everyone! Summer is in full swing and you know what that means! Fluids are essential! Heat stroke is a very deadly and scary thing to think about so you all need to stay hydrated!

Other than protein shake after workout, which I definitely don't think counts, since it's gross and I use 16oz of water to wash it down after, I did it. :-)0

Last month I went off caffeine for the third time and hopefully will never have to face those horrible headaches again. Only water 7/1 (I want to get in a month's worth of challenges, so I'm posting late.) - 11 cups0
