Hello, Everyone! Summer is in full swing and you know what that means! Fluids are essential! Heat stroke is a very deadly and scary thing to think about so you all need to stay hydrated!

Today’s Challenge: Nothing but water!

This is also a throw over to this month’s 30 day challenge. Water is important and I worry about you all! So get that water!

    I'm already at 72 ounces of water, and I'll certainly have a pint of sparkling water with my supper.

    Other than protein shake after workout, which I definitely don't think counts, since it's gross and I use 16oz of water to wash it down after, I did it. :-)

    Last month I went off caffeine for the third time and hopefully will never have to face those horrible headaches again. Only water 7/1 (I want to get in a month's worth of challenges, so I'm posting late.) - 11 cups
