I was 276.8 last week. I got down to 273.6, but then went away for the weekend and gained some of that back. So right now I am 275.4, so I lost 1.4 lbs since last week.

    Right now I am working out 4 times a week for about 45 mins a day. That's lifting. I also do cardio 6 days a week from a half hour to an hour and a half

    OMG! That is why you are making leaps and bounds! Six days a week is a lot. You work during the day right or are you in school?

    Both. I'm in law school. But since it's summer, I work at a law firm.
