One of the easiest ways to overeat is by using bigger dinnerware. You feel obligated to fill up the plate and then you feel obligated to eat it all. So an easy way to remedy that is to use smaller dinnerware!

Today’s Challenge:
Use smaller dinnerware

One of the best ways to manage portion sizes is with what you eat with. If you haven’t tried it then give it a try today!

I use the kid size bowls for icecream. It looks like I have heaps but it's just a perfect serving size

We hardly ever use our dinner plates now, but I did increase one dish. We now use large storage bowls for our daily salad to hold more greens.

This is a good one. I also usually will order the child/senior portions when eating out.

I usually use a lunch instead of a dinner plate, but I'll try my China's salad plates.

I have cereal bowls that are about 2 cups. Even if I have a very high calorie entree, if the meal all fits in the bowl it is not too overwhelming to the entire program.
