Thought I'd get the final thread going. I'm down .08 and won't be making my goal, but going to do my final weigh-in here on July 4th.

I guess I should have weighed in yesterday when I was 249.2. I hate water weight. Didn't make the goal, but I'm happy I'm 16 lbs. lighter than I was three months ago. See you in the next challenge tomorrow!

Hi Everyone,
I've been absent from MFP for a few weeks (just too much going on in my life). I've been trying to stay on track and was happy to see that I'm down a few pounds. I certainly didn't meet my 20 lb loss for this Challenge but I've lost 7 lbs. I've lost 55 lbs, in total - for which, I am very happy. Anytime I move closer to my goal, I can't say that wasn't a success.
Looking forward to the next round.

As of yesterday I was 17 pounds down ( better than none)! So here's to the next challenge of 15 down by Labor Day! Good Luck and Congrats to everyone!0

This challenge has been a struggle for me. I still do strength 4 times a week. I was doing yoga on top of that but got busy getting ready for 4th of July party. Positive news we got a basketball hoop so me and my husband been playing it a lot. I think in the next challenge if I can stick with calorie counting and lose 7 lbs I would be happy. I was one short of my final goal. I feel lighter and happier.0
