Really need to monitor the food intake this month. Want to buy new curling pants - seen some really cool ones in Edmonton last winter. They are over $100.00 so would really want them to fit nice.!!!

I started my weigh-in today as it is the start of the challenge, starting at 159lb, hoping to get down to 144lb, would be happy with 148lb though.
