                    I weighed in at 170.6 from 171.2 last week. So I lost 0.6 pounds.  I am going to celebrate any loss.

            any loss is a good loss. I weighed in on the 6th at 269.4 lbs. So that's a 1 lb lost.
This week is a draw when it comes to percentage loss
0.6/171.2 is a 0.35% loss

            You are the biggest Loser! How do you stay so motivated? I am so frustrated because I did gain four pounds since May 23rd which I am still trying to lose. It is such a slow process. I have a two hour commute to work one way . I Do you have any suggestions?0

            I have similar issues. I get up at 6 am for work. Go to work. come home at 7 pm. make dinner. then workout. shower, bed. that's my day monday through friday. Also I have hit a bit of a bump the past month with losing weight. For all of JUne I only lost 4 lbs. However, I kept pushing, worked out harder and longer, and finally broke through this week with 8 lbs lost so far :P or actually 5 since our last weigh in
