    Loss this week: 1.8=) So far, this week 2 days off food program and not enough exercise. Tomorrow will be a challenge because there is a full day party at a country club for a friend's 50th. The day is at the beach with the official start time of the evening party at 4pm. My plan of action for tomorrow is a healthy breakfast green shake and an active day with dancing during the night. Have a good Friday night everyone!
