Well holy heck I had I think the best week in many many many months (go figure)!

LOST 2.5 pounds! So happy about the warm weather...keeps my coffee/cream down as I love iced tea with lemon! I can thank grandma for thatBetween that and the salads it is easier to stay on goal. And I am dog sitting a bit, so I think even the bits of going out to take dog out or to the park are helping me out.
Doctor says she will be happy when my weight hits a target of 150 pounds....But honestly I am so happy this far. I think I am finally getting used to not seeing the scale INCREASE each time I weigh.

Loss this week: 1.8=) So far, this week 2 days off food program and not enough exercise. Tomorrow will be a challenge because there is a full day party at a country club for a friend's 50th. The day is at the beach with the official start time of the evening party at 4pm. My plan of action for tomorrow is a healthy breakfast green shake and an active day with dancing during the night.
