I weigh 289 pounds and according to my math I should be eating at the higest level.... Can this be right? I have never in my life been told to eat 2100-2300 calories, usually it's around 1700.

Anyone close to my weight? What are you eating? Can this be right?

The calculations add 450 calories based on the workouts. So, if you are normally told to eat around 1700 then this ties in nicely with that.

I suggest you try to follow the guidelines for a couple of weeks and see how it works for you. If you aren't losing, you could consider going down a bracket. But I suspect it will work. Good luck and please keep us posted!

What @jpkrueger said. If you have any doubt that the program works as it is designed, just look at the before/after pics here in this group. Or go to instagram where you'll see a lot of average people of many shapes and sizes and ages who are losing weight following the program. Use #21dayfixresults and you'll find enough reasons to trust the program.

Thanks I will go up to the where I should be on Monday as this will start week 2. I'm happy I asked :) I don't have an instagram account, but youtube had lots and that's what got me hooked.

I'm 5'2" tall and 188lbs. I've been eating in the 1800-2000 bracket, and losing.

I am 5'5 and 271 - I am at the highest bracket as well. It works when you follow the plan. I actually had a hard time eating all those veggies (6 day)/fruits 4 day), so I started throwing some greens in my smoothies for my afternoon snack to get rid of some greens and some purples - 4 fruits a day is tough for me - I like fruit but not that much

@rainey4 Great results. We have a results thread and a daily check-in thread. I have a feeling your results and check-ins are getting lost in this thread because it's about a specific question unrelated to results/check-ins. But wherever you post them, your results are awesome!
