One of the best ways to eat less is to not rush when eating. This is hard to do if you only have a 15 minute lunch or dinner time due to work. But when you rush you are hungry longer and thus you eat more. So today we are gonna try slowing down.

Today’s Challenge:
Don’t rush when you eat!

I often eat when everyone else does and having a conversation is a great way to eat slower.

    Thx for the new challenge. Didn't had much time left this morning but I did take the time to eat a healthy breakfast.

    This is something I battle all the time. My skinny husband eats SO SLOW.

    Thanks for the challenge. I don't really think about how fast I'm eating, but I am definitely guilty of distracted eating so I probably eat faster than I should.

    @77tes, my skinny kid and husband both eat so fast I'm amazed they can even breathe at the same time. It looks like they're starving and haven't seen food in days. So funny.
