If your just starting out, start slow and post here. Did you make half a mile, a quarter of a mile, did you make it to your mailbox? Results are results. Challenge yourself and log it here. How far you went and the date. Make sure you keep coming back and letting us know how you are doing. This is for you and your health!!

When I started to seriously walking on May 19th, I did two miles in 37:47 minutes (this was my baseline). My goal was to get those two miles done in 30 minutes and June 10th I achieved it! Now my goal is to fit three miles in a 30 minute time frame. I've been interval training (walking/jogging) and as of July 17th, I'm at 2.32 miles. It's been slow and steady, but I'm getting there. I'm hoping to do my first 5k in September, but I want to see how I progress with this over the next month.0
