Daily Check-In (Week 12 July 20th through July 26th)

Week 12 Day 1 Check-In!

No gym this morning, too sore from a side job hubby and I did Saturday..my quads are killing me!
I was so upset when I looked at the scale this morning! I am up almost 3lbs! Damn alcohol and poor choices over the weekend :(

    No exercise yesterday but more activity since I volunteered for an activity at band camp. It at least got me away from my desk. My eating has been good so that is why I am holding the weight.

    Week 12 Day 2 Check-In!

    2 miles on treadmill and Chest/Back/shoulders and Abs!

    ***10,678 Steps in yesterday and only 50.7 oz's of water :(

    I gained almost 3lbs over the weekend! so frustrating!

    Week 12 day 3 check-In!

    No Gym today :( hubby has to leave the house at 5am for the rest of the week for work :( I SOOOOO hate when this happens because It's a proven fact that I WILL NOT go to the gym after work.....too tired and lazy by then lol

    On a positive note, I was so bummed about my over the weekend weight gain and i woke up this morning even lighter than I was BEFORE the weekend! So either my scale is jacked or all the alcohol induced water retention is now gone lol

    **16,033 steps yesterday and 84.5 oz's of water!
