Hi everybody! Looking for some NS support. Just started today with the fast 5. Way lower than I would ever restrict myself ( I lost weight eating 1500 cals a day on MFP) but I figured I'd do the program the way its designed to be done. Add me :)

    Welcome! Wishing you awesome success on your journey a head, so exciting! Loved the FF, I lost 6 pounds and 1 inch off waist. I'm down 31 I have gone pretty slow but loving it! a few vacations set me back, but good news never gained because I had healthy food, and exercised most of the time. Keep us posted on your success with the FF. Best of luck! and you have great support here that is for sure!
