I am still in my slump. Eating on a scale of 1 to 10 has been a 5. Some days good, some days bad. I'm not giving up.0 -

No gym again, steps and water yesterday were HORRIBLE to say the least.....this week will be a gain I have a feeling ....ugh I cannot wait until hubbys schedule changes back to normal0 -

So depressing, I promised myself I will get out my at home workouts for next week and get moving, this is becoming ridiculous and I am only setting myself back by not just working out, gym or not...I did it that way before I can do it again0 -
