Great numbers @RiverCameron and @Angelfire365.
Monday continues to be my weigh in day, although I find myself stepping on more frequently now that I am actively maintaining. One month today since I reached my goal weight and I am happy to report the scale was straight up 120

I weighed in today at 178.4, I looked at my results over past few months and slowly but surely my high weight is lower, and my low weight is too. Maybe now I can stay out of the 180's. Janice0

Today's weight 126. Reached maintenance goal of 129 on May 31 and have lost an additional 3 lbs since then.0 -

I'm still hovering around this stupid set point. Every week I expect it to be the week that I can scream "Onderland at last!". All I know is I will not let the reading on the scale defeat me. I am eating better, I am exercising more, I have lost about 50 pounds, and I took measurements. I have bought equipment to take it to another level and I am going to force this body down another 70 pounds. It can thank me later, by being strong and sexy, but for now we're not very happy with each other.

50 lbs is AWESOME!!!! You must feel so proud! Keep that postitive attitude and you will be in onerland soon i'm sure. You are an inspiration!

I meet with my counselor at the training center tomorrow. We will look over my meal plan and see what needs to change if anything. Rather bummed by the gain this week.

I lost .8 ounces ! I'm excited because I've been with my youngest daughter at her home, and I have not exercised much at all, so I thought I gained weight. What A Happy surprise0
