I am 5'6" and currently 190 lbs, looking to be about 135-145 or so. I have one little girl (2) and she is still nursing, so I am trying to take in enough calories for my supply. I want to make sure I am out of obese before we try to get pregnant again. I want to make a lifestyle change that is sustainable for me (less of foods I like, walking with the little one as primary exercise - no 2 hour days in the gym here). If anyone has similar goals feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me! I'm 5'1" 175lbs, looking to get to 130lbs. My first goal is to get out of the obese bmi. I workout at the gym daily & swim with my 2 kids. I'm still breastfeeding my 7 month old, so I'm not restricting my calories.0

Need some accountability/motivation here too. 6 weeks PP and got the go ahead to get back into my normal workout routine. I'm 5'9, 195 lbs and would love to get down to around 145-150. Currently too exhausted to get a real gym session in but I'm starting the couch to 5k (:
