    Congrats to all who earned more bears and those continuing on their healthy lifestyle!

    Charlie your bear-family is so impressive. Congrats on the new you!

    I'm expecting my 50# bear in my next shipment. When I started that idea was so far away...but I'm here! I have 6 more bears to earn...and that seems like an impossible dream. I need to focus on doing the best for my body EVERY day.

    I ended up gaining around 3 pounds with the first leg of traveling. Managed to get it all off and WI today I lost 0.2, so I'm happy.

    I know, chereal, my 1st bear is now happy. Triplets. :)

    Thanks to a mix-up at shipping, NS sent me the 90 lb Bear instead of my 70. He has been sitting all alone waiting to join the family.

    I just had time to visit the group. Congratulations, Charlie! I lost 22 pounds and seem to be a little stuck right now. But I have 2 bears.
