morning all
As a newbie on day one please can someone help me with the serving suggestions as I don't understand them.
I am making cottage pie for tea it is in the list but it says 1 cup and another says 0.2 serving.
I weigh all my food as I am a type 1 diabetic but I do this in grams. Is there a way I can convert or change this within the food section of the ap.
Thank you for any help you can give.

If you go to the my recipes section you can add your own weights and amounts/recipe it takes a little time weighing everything out and you also have to add the amount of portions you expect to get from the dish you are making. I've done it a few times it can be useful if you eat the food regularly and the ingredients remain the same. I cook pretty much always from scratch but I tend to weigh as I go and something like cottage pie with mixed ingredients I guesstimate.0
