Moving Up a Bracket

I think I'm going to bite the bullet, as it were, and see what happens when I move up a food bracket. I've been doing two programs for a while now and recently added in more cardio a few times a week. I've been skirting the idea for a while now because I've been brainwashed to believe that the only way to lose weight is limit calories but . . .

Cross your fingers for me. Today is the day I start on a higher bracket. :cold_sweat:

    Good Luck, you know your body best and you can always go back if it doesn't work.

    @activefatgirl Unfortunately, most of my weight loss the past few months has been the result of doing the 3 Day Quick Fix and, while it is very effective, I really can't see doing that every week just to drop 1-3 every three weeks. I've been losing the past few weeks because of vacation indulgence but this past week I saw what I was seeing before I left.

    I just wish I didn't have to figure out how to work another Yellow into my day. Those are always a challenge for me.
