Have not weighted in since The start of this new group due to a ton of events and I knew it wasn't going to be good for the scale. But I am now down 4 pounds.

    Starting weight 250
    Challenge starting weight 201.8
    Goal for challenge 180
    7/7/15 weight 201.8
    7/14/15 weight 201.6
    7/21/15 weight 200.4
    7/27/15 weight 201.6
    8/4/15 weight 198.8

    ONDERLAND.
Finally where I wanted to be July 4th. So, it took an extra month and in all likelihood my goal for this challenge is off by the 5 pounds I didn't drop between then and now and should be set to 185, but I'll keep it at 180, always stretch to meet a goal.
    ONDERLAND.
Last time I was under 200 I was 20- something. Do you have any idea how many dieting attempts there were between my 20's and being 46? So many! So expensive, so frustrating, so much failure. Never breaking 200, not even a dip into it. Truly felt my body would not break it.
    ONDERLAND.
I don't feel incredibly light, I feel dense, a bit stocky. Honestly, I still feel really heavy, but that is because I have about 60 more pounds to go; but I am out of the morbidly obese category!!!
    ONDERLAND.

I am never leaving ONDERLAND again. Promise.

    Hi all.

I am not going to post on the weekly weigh in thread anymore since I have reached my goal weight.

I reached it on May 31 and have since lost another 4 lbs. I will just read posts for further inspiration and because I love hearing from you MFP friends.

Good luck with this challenge. I know these challenges have been so helpful to me in my weight loss journey.

Thanks Becky. We all know we must stay vigilant or the weight can creep back. My goal is to stay aware "forever".

    Wow, everyone is doing fastastic!!

Eninard - Great loss and determination!!
Vicky and Stephanie wonderful for you too!

I am not posting this week, I just got back from another week on the boat. I had a talk with my hubby today and said
we cannot keep this snacking up while we are away. So, I am stopping as of today. I have another week at the cottage and
another club cruise with our members coming up so I have to do something.
I will weigh in a couple of days to get some of this sodium gone. I hope I see a loss by next Thursday so I can at least
post something. Getting very frustrated with myself.

I am also not keeping snacks on the boat for the rest of the summer, just veges and fruit.

    Thanks for listening.

I missed a few weeks of weigh-ins because I was out frolicking in the wilderness, but I'm still working on it!

    Original Start Weight: 188.7

    7/7/15 weight:166.8 (challenge start weight)
    7/15/15 weight: 165
    7/29/15 weight: 165.8
    8/7/15 weight:163.8 (current weight)

Goal Weight for this Challenge: 146.8
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145

Down 3 lbs from the beginning. It's not going fast, but it IS going in the right direction. :)
