Love the Vegas status update, Arnold! I am giving myself a better than average food score today because I managed to avoid eating any junk food for 'fort night'. This is something I do with my son every month or so...we camp out in the living room, stay up late, and eat LOTS of candy and junk food.

That's a wrap on Week One, everyone. I forgot to put up my stats for yesterday, so I added them below. I lost four pounds in the first week, and I'm pretty damn proud of myself, I must say! I hope everyone else is doing well and sticking to it. I want to do better about eating a balanced diet (not just counting calories) in Week Two, and get more sleep. I am also going to try to mix in a lot more exercise.
