New to group

hi gang,

I've been using 5/3/1 for 6 months roughly: max squat is 200, deadlift 225, bench 120, press 115. Loving the program and I love being strong & my goals are for the end of year to squat 250, deadlift 300, bench 160, and press 150.
I may have to adjust some of those numbers come end of August however this is the only program that I have used that's made me grow and get strong, while giving me a direction of what to do.

Thought I would join this group and be around like minded individuals and for some support.

    There are a few like programs that are floating out there as well. Cool goals and not bad staying number either. Friend me if you wanna since I'd love to hear of your progress.
