I am about to start my period, it's 90 degrees out, my muscles are sore from the workouts, I'm feeling really low on energy and I feel like I want another blue and yellow container! I want a whole avocado! I'm actually bummed, I bought too many not realizing only 1/4 of one counts as a whole blue! *gasp!* No way! A crime! I'm craving sinking my teeth into some crunchy carbs. Having a bite of chocolate. Or Ice cream! Ohhhh ice cream. I want cream in my coffee too.... Maybe some pita chips??? Yum pita chips......
I've done a low carb diet before and the first week is the hardest. After that you start to adjust and your energy comes back. This is just brutal right now. I suppose that's where the shakeology comes into play. Probably really helps with the sugar cravings. My blender broke so I need to get my hands on one in the next 24 hours so I can make a shake FAST. Not shakeology but my own protein powder.

Anyway, just wanted to express these feeeeeelings!!

So did you find a blender fast? I hope so. I know that making myself a protein shake can take the edge off my ice cream cravings for sure. :)

YES! Got a blender thank god. A chocolate protein shake took the edge right off! Also yesterday I made the mistake of saving all my yellows and purple until the evening. Which got my blood sugar WAY low. Today I spaced it all out. And felt great.

@GuacMoney great job killing the cravings and I'm glad to hear you are figuring out how to work the program so that it works best for you. 21 Day Fix is really flexible which is great, but it also means that you have to play with it a bit in the beginning to figure out will keep you satisfied and on track. Great job!!!!
