    Cool and overcast here today - so some yard work and then a walk with my dog and bear bells (just in case...I know they are close we have seen the signs).

    I didn't eat great this week, but I know that I didn't eat so much that I would gain 6 lbs. I'm sure some of it is water weight and will come off in a couple of days. However, 1-2 lbs might be real and it's a wake up to get back at it! :)

    A large percentage water weight. Unknown how much is real. 145.8 lbs is my challenge goal weight, so we'll see next week what sticks! *crossed fingers*
