    I copied this from my post on Friday's workout :

    I'm SO ECSTATIC!

    Weight: down 2.8lbs
    Thigh R: down 1.4 cm
    Thigh L: same (odd!)
    Stomach: down 1.7cm
    Hips: down 0.5cm
    Waist (natural): same
    Bra Band: down 1.7 cm
    Calf L: down 0.5cm
    Calf R: up 1 cm? thinking I measured wrong.

    I measure in CM because it's easier to see changes (and easier to get the decimal/partial cm). But HOLY COW. I find this incredibly exciting after 5 days!

    Wow! It's amazing the change that one week of exe cerise can produce!!! I'll post mine when I get a change and have worked out the difference.

    Question: why don't we just excersie 4-5 times a week, ALWAYS?

    I try to exercise 4-5x a week always but life gets in the way. I'm a high school teacher + full time grad student + family. It's hard. There are some days where I literally don't even have the 25 minutes: I come home, I grade papers, I write lesson plans, I do homework for grad school, I cook dinner for family, I go to bed. Repeat. Trying to fix that now while I am on summer break. :smiley:
