first training session

Yesterday wasy first session 1/8/15.. I love how they do a fit test first and then adjust the sessions with every feedback you share when rating how u did each exercise!! I did 40 minutes and burned over 400 calories not to mention gettimg my butt kicked! I LOVED IT!! Lol...

    Day 2 : 1/9/15: 42 minutes 416 calories worked on all muscle groups feeling amazing... My body will totally disagree w me in the am! Shhhh don't tell it that we will do the same tmrw!!

    Any update on how you are getting on with the app? I have been using it for free for the past few weeks and just signed up for a yeas subscription as I loved it! Day 1 today on the new regime as I have changed my settings now that I have access to all the app has! Im surprised more people havn't been using it on here!
