    Also anyone know why it wont deduct the calories from steps on jawbone or fitbit?

    When you connect your accounts & enable negative calorie adjustments in your diary settings, MFP adjusts your daily calorie goal to TDEE minus deficit. You should see an adjustment in your diary under cardio exercise.

    The negative calorie adjustment option is only visible if you have an activity tracker connected to your account.

    Connect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/97

    Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

    In the MFP app, go to More > Steps and choose Jawbone.

    Ok i fogured that part out but woukdnt it add to my daily calories not deduct?

    Adjustments are the difference between your UP total burn (which is TDEE) and your MFP activity level (sedentary, lightly active, etc.).

    If you're losing calories, then you're burning fewer calories than your activity level. Lower it—and/or move more.
