Good Job everyone.... a day late but Welcome to Week 4.
I've been pretty crappy on the diet front. I've lost focus and kept justifying my burrito addiction. Anyhoo.... time to refocus and commit.

I'm back! So, after performing a miracle at Disneyland, it was off to Big Bear for two days and nights with Shira, Ry, and my mom. I was good for the first half of the day on Tuesday, but decided to put the diet on hold the rest of that day, and all day/night Wednesday. It was nice to have a break, but I also felt bad for breaking my stride. I also felt really bloated and gross from pizza and ice cream. It's pretty amazing how quickly your body adapts to eating better (and hence goes in to shock when you go back to your old ways). Anyway, I am sure I gained some of my weight back, but will hold off on weighing in for a few days to preserve me sanity. I was back to rock star form today.

Enegy/Mood: 2 (stoked to be back at it, but bummed to have to re-lose some of the same weight)0 -
Had a great day. It's sometimes frustrating trying to track calories from restaurants...I often cannot find the calorie information I need, and/or I suspect that it is inaccurate. Anyhoooo, managed to get in a nice run today, which hopefully sets me up to be back where I was this time last week. With a few days left until Wednesday, I am hoping to crack the 170's. That is big milestone for me!

I didn't eat enough today. I didn't get back from hockey until ~9:30, and I didn't want to go crazy right before bed. So, I left ~900 calories on the table, which probably isn't any better than going over by a few hundred calories. Oh...did I mention we lost our hockey game? Nobody saw that coming.

I am late the past few days. Been busy but that's no excuse.
Mark - you guys played well yesterday. I feel for you guys. No subs. We tied yesterday but I once again was held goalless/pointless. Two in a row now. Hating my play. Maybe I need to get back to a focused diet0 -

Anybody know if this app increases the calorie goal automatically? My calorie goal increased this week from last week but I didn't have input in that. I'm not that familiar with this app. Thoughts?
