Okay moms of 4 year olds who made you fat; how are things going this week? Check in!
Since this is the first check in, I'm going to have a few extra questions this week:

What month was your 4 yo born?

What is your current weight and what do you want to be at goal?

Have you been going up and down in your weight since your 4 yo came around or have you had no success whatsoever?

What have you tried so far to lose weight?

What is your current plan?

GTKY (getting to know you): are you planning any more kids or do you have other already that you just don't blame for the weight?

    June!

    What is your current weight and what do you want to be at goal?
    199 (Max 220 during most recent pregnancy 8 weeks ago) and goal of 145.

    Have you been going up and down in your weight since your 4 yo came around or have you had no success whatsoever?
    Since my 4 yo I have had two other babies, so I've been up and down...between number 2 and number 3 I hovered around 180+/- 10lb.

    What have you tried so far to lose weight?
    Mostly weightwatchers, low carb and a short time nutrisystem (I got pregnant one month in to nutrisystem, but probably wouldn't have finished it anyway as the food was grrrrrrrrrrroooooossss)

    What is your current plan?
    low cal, 20 min/day workouts at least, tracking

    No more kids. I blame the 8 week old for most of my weight currently... But he's cute.

    My 4 year old was born in July 2011. I weigh 244 and want to weigh 145. I lost 20 pounds after my daughter was born but gained it all back after we moved and I started a new job (stress eating). I tried weight watchers but didn't like it. The group was filled with 60 year olds at a different place in their lives so perhaps a different group would have been better.

    I'm trying my fitness pal tracking, exercising 5 times per week for at least 30 minutes and at least one day of yoga. I realized I ate way more calories than I imaged so cutting down has been crazy hard.

    I'd like one more but my body needs to be in a better place before I can do it. I'll reevaluate in 2016. :-)
