Morning everyone! How are you all today? I'm doing great! Today is a new day! A new week! I know that's not what everyone wants to hear but we are going to have fun today!

Good Morning to you also.I am going to pick up some dumbbells and workout my arms today.Yesterday I washed my horse and took her for a 30 minute walk,I also went grocery shopping it took me 1 hour 20 minutes so I got a total of 1 hour 50 minutes of walking.I lost 2 pounds this week which brings me to a total of 13 pounds off of me from the time I started.I hope you and everyone have a great day.0
